Diana Flores has dedicated her career to serving students, families, and communities across Dallas County through leadership in education and workforce development.
First elected to the Dallas College Board of Trustees in 1996, Diana has served in multiple leadership roles, including Board Chair and Vice Chair. Throughout her tenure, she has helped guide Dallas College through periods of growth, institutional transformation, and expanded community impact.
In addition to her service as a trustee, Diana has worked extensively in community and economic development initiatives through her leadership with the Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Her work has consistently focused on creating pathways to education, workforce readiness, and long-term opportunity for future generations.
